Victoria, Vancouver Island!

We recently went Whale Watching in Victoria on Vancouver Island! What an exhilarating trip! The hotel was great! the spa ahhhhh so relaxing and oh my the Whale Watching itself!!!! In one word BREATHTAKING! Highly recommended to everyone!

We went on the thrilling world famous Ocean Magic Cruiser, The Prince of Whales, along the gorgeous Pacific Ocean! We were lucky enough to see 3 pods that day!

Our hotel, The Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort

Downtown Victoria

Carriage Ride. Personally we didn't go on it.. I condemn any kind of cruelty to animals. It's terrible to see them sitting in the harsh sun for hours on end..and lugging people around in the blazing heat! I felt so sorry for them :( It's much more pleasurable to see them run free in the wild!

Enjoying a well deserved lunch with other friends!

Some more Precious Ones!

Our Whale Watching Expedition!

The video is a little shaky, it wasn't the camera..it was the boat moving back and forth with the waves

Wishing you all a day filled with Peace and Harmony...Sandy :)

Sutcliffe Park, Vancouver BC

Sutcliffe Park was named in the mid 1970s for Doug Sutcliffe who served as the City's Project Manager for development of the South False Creek.

Sutcliffe Park occupies a thread of land nestled between the ocean and the condo developments overlooking False Creek. Offering passer-bys many pleasant places to sit and enjoy the views of False Creek. There are extensive lush gardens around the entrance to Granville Island and the gardens are ever changing.

Throughout the year, different plants appear, flower, and then disappear. Larger plants and vines planted as background earlier in the year are now in full bloom.

Hope you all enjoyed the stroll through Sutcliffe Park!

Sandy :)
